- For orders under $300, standard shipping rates apply based on the weight of your order, destination, and chosen shipping method.
- Orders over $300 qualify for free standard shipping within Australia.
- Delivery Time:
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
- Standard shipping typically takes 7-9 business days for delivery within Australia.
- Express shipping offers faster delivery times, usually within 4-6 business days.
- Tracking Information:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
- You can use this tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery online through the carrier’s website.
- Shipping Restrictions:
- We currently only offer shipping within Australia.
- We do not ship to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers.
- Delivery Attempts:
- If no one is available to receive the package at the time of delivery, a delivery attempt notification will be left.
- Depending on the carrier’s policy, the package may be held at a nearby post office or depot for collection, or a re-delivery attempt may be made.
- Shipping Insurance:
- Only Express shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit.

- International Shipping:
- At the moment, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within Australia.

Stock
Our website inventory is constantly every 2 hours with information on product and availability. However, in some circumstances you may order an item that is displayed as in stock but is actually out of stock.
Items labelled “Available on backorder” can still be purchased and can take up to 1 month for delivery. If the lead time exceeds 1 month, you will be notified by email and given the opportunity to cancel the order and receive a refund or continue to wait.
If an item you have ordered is out of stock when we attempt to fulfill your order, we will automatically place a backorder on the product. However, please note that some items may be subject to longer lead times depending on the specific manufacturer or supplier. If the lead time exceeds 1 month, you will be notified by email and given the opportunity to cancel the order and receive a refund or continue to wait.

All orders placed on the website are subject to availability of products and delivery times.

If a product is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for a return and/or replacement. Please note that we do not accept returns on items that have been used or installed unless they are deemed defective by our quality control team.
