They are adjustable to -10mm, 0mm, 10mm, 20mm back and 0mm, 10mm, 20mm up.

NOTES:

• Can be used in normal shifting mode
• Can be used in reverse shifting mode
• You will need to remove the plastic protection from the exhaust
