The Zard Racing Full Kit for the Yamaha R7 is designed to deliver maximum performance, reduced weight, and a deep, aggressive sound. The 2>1 configuration, developed specifically for this bike, enhances the R7s sporty character, improving throttle response and overall riding dynamics. Entirely handcrafted in Italy, the kit features a structure and sleeve in AISI 304 stainless steel , with an end cap available in stainless steel or carbon fiber . Satin or black ceramic coating finish options. Available only in racing version (with a removable db-killer ), it delivers a deep and engaging sound along with a noticeable performance boost over the stock system, improving both performances and riding feel. The Zard kit weighs only 4 kg (8.8 lbs) , compared to 8 kg (17.6 lbs) for the OEM exhaust, resulting in a total weight saving of 4 kg (8.8 lbs) . Installation is plug-&-play and requires no modifications or remapping.
